Syyttäjä oli peruuttanut syytteen viidestä törkeästä ihmiskaupasta ilmoittaen

aikovansa tehdä päätöksen syytetoimien siirtämisestä toiseen Euroopan unionin

jäsenvaltioon. Vastaaja oli vastustanut syytteen jättämistä sillensä ja vaatinut

syytteen hylkäämistä. Käräjäoikeus jätti asian sillensä. Käräjäoikeus hylkäsi

vastaajan tyytymättömyyden ilmoituksen.
