Legislator summary

The Supreme Court upheld the validity of a divorce agreement clause requiring periodic payments to continue after one party's death. The parties argued whether such a post-mortem obligation was legally enforceable against the deceased's estate. The court decided that the agreement remains valid because the obligation is clearly defined and intended to be inherited by the estate upon death.

närmare specificerat belopp till A kvartalsvis.

avlida före A.
