The Supreme Administrative Court dismissed the appeal regarding inheritance tax exemption for agricultural land. The court found that the client's participation in field maintenance did not constitute the farming activity required by the Inheritance and Gift Tax Act, as no productive farming had occurred for years. Consequently, the statutory conditions for tax exemption were not met, and the tax liability remained valid.
