The Supreme Administrative Court allowed the tax authority's decision to deny a taxable benefit for a director receiving an honorary title. The court found that although the title was a personal honor, its direct link to the company's business operations meant no separate advantage existed. Consequently, the tax authority correctly determined that no hidden dividend or taxable income arose from the award.

Verovuosi 1988.
