The Supreme Administrative Court dismissed the employees' challenge to the tender process for school catering services. The employees, who were current staff members, argued they lacked the right to question the tender procedure's compliance with public procurement regulations. The court held that the employees had no legal standing to initiate proceedings because they were not directly affected parties with a personal interest in the outcome of the tender.
