The Supreme Administrative Court dismissed the applicant's complaint regarding the termination of a municipal employee. The court found that while the employer cited a serious reason under the municipal regulations, no written justification for this reason was provided at the time of dismissal. Consequently, the termination was deemed procedurally flawed and unlawful because the statutory requirement for written reasons was not met.
