The Insurance Court dismissed the claim for work loss compensation against the State Office for the Compensation of Crime Victims. The plaintiff, a hairdresser, was on sick leave following a serious assault, and the State Office had paid sick pay. However, the court found the business had no income during the period because it was closed due to the assault, ruling that no work loss occurred. Consequently, the claim was rejected as the statutory requirement for income loss was not met.
