The Insurance Court dismissed the pilot's claim for work-related injury compensation after finding the fall in a Moscow hotel bathroom occurred during normal morning routines rather than work conditions. Although the pilot was on a business trip and had initiated contact with a navigator, the court determined the accident did not arise from work-related circumstances. Consequently, the claim was rejected based on the lack of a causal link between the injury and the employment duties.
