Työntekijä oli nostaessaan kahden muun henkilön kanssa raskasta kantopaaria tuntenut kipua ristiselässään. Kolmen päivän kuluttua hän oli ollut lääkärissä, joka oli katsonut hänen potevan selkälihasvenähdystä.
