14,29 hehtaaria peltoa ja 67,52 hehtaaria metsää käsittävät tilat oli myyty 14.11.1979 allekirjoitetulla kauppakirjalla täydellä omistus- ja hallintaoikeudella pojalle. Poika oli vielä tämän jälkeen jatkanut opiskeluaan 40 kilometrin päässä toimivassa maatilateknillisessä koulussa 30.4.1980 saakka. MELA myönsi luopujalle sukupolvenvaihdoseläkkeen 1.5.1980 lukien. VAKO katsoi viljelmän hallinnan siirtyneen jo 14.11.1979 ja muutti sukupolvenvaihdoeläkkeen alkamisajankohdaksi 1.12.1979. Luovutuksen saaja oli tehnyt tilan työt viikonloppuisin ja usein viikollakin. Eläkelautakunnan päätöstä muutettiin. II -jaosto
