The Insurance Court dismissed the applicant's claim to receive temporary training support from the Maritime Pension Fund after discovering they already received full disability pension under the Accident Insurance Act. The applicant argued for continued support despite the new pension, but the court found the statutory disability pension fully covered the period. Consequently, the court ruled that the temporary training support was no longer necessary and must be terminated.
