The Insurance Court dismissed the claim for compensation regarding a leg injury sustained between February 1942 and November 1944 while working at the State Aircraft Factory. The claimant argued that the injury occurred during work duties and should be covered under military injury laws, but the Insurance Office refused payment citing the absence of applicable coverage at the time. The court upheld the refusal, ruling that no statutory provision existed to grant compensation for injuries sustained during that specific period of employment.
