Maanviljelyskoulun oppilas oli tultuaan työkohteesta pellolta oppilaitoksen pihamaalle hypännyt traktorin lavalta ja vahingoittunut. Tapaturma ei ollut kohdannut häntä käytännöllisessä harjoittelutyössä eikä se ollut kysymyksessä olevalle opiskelumuodolle ominaisten olosuhteiden aiheuttama. IV -jaosto KKO 3.4.1981
