Isyyden vahvistamista ja sen yhteydessä vaadittua elatusapua koskevassa jutussa lastenvalvojan alaikäisen kantajan puolesta tekemä maksutonta oikeudenkäyntiä koskeva pyyntö hylättiin, koska kantajan äiti oli elatusvastuunsa perusteella velvollinen kantajan puolesta suorittamaan oikeudenkäynnin vaatimat menot siltä osin kuin ne kuuluivat kantajan maksettaviksi ja kantajan äidin oli katsottava siihen vaikeuksitta kykenevän.
