Ehdolliseen vankeusrangaistukseen ja lisäksi oheissakkoon tuomittu henkilö tuomittiin ennen tuomiota tekemästään toisesta rikoksesta vankeusrangaistukseen. Vankeusrangaistukset yhdistettiin ja yhdistetty rangaistus määrättiin ehdolliseksi, minkä lisäksi syytetylle määrättiin oheissakko ja jätettiin lisäksi aikaisemmin tuomittu oheissakko hänen suoritettavakseen.
