Kiinnitys lahjakirjassa pidätetyn elinaikaisen hallintaoikeuden vakuudeksi. - Lahjakirjassa pidätetty elinaikainen hallintaoikeus kiinteistöön katsottiin sellaiseksi määräaikaiseksi nautintaoikeudeksi, joka ei ollut kiinnittämättömänä voimassa kolmanteen henkilöön nähden, vaan jonka pysyvyyden vakuudeksi voitiin myöntää kiinnitys lahjakirjalla luovutettuun kiinteistöön.
