The Administrative Court dismissed the claim for inheritance transfer tax regarding a portion of real estate allocated to other heirs. The plaintiff argued they were liable for the tax on the consideration paid from outside estate funds, while the defendant contended the final distribution covered these costs. The court ruled that the tax obligation was not established because the assets received in the final division were sufficient to cover the payments made.

A sai testamenttiomaisuuden osittaisessa jaossa kiinteistöön kuuluvan määräalan muille perillisille maksamaansa vastiketta vastaan.
