Suljettuun vankilaan sijoitetun vangin pyyntö saada haltuun joogaharrastuksessa käytettävä, kumi/muovisekoitteesta valmistettu matto voitiin paloturvallisuuteen liittyvistä tekijöistä, kuten tarpeesta pitää sellien palokuorma vähäisenä, johtuen evätä. Maton hallussapito olisi aiheuttanut erityistä haittaa vankilan yleiselle järjestykselle ja turvallisuudelle.
