Inheritance claim dismissed as sale offer did not prove deceased's last will to transfer state property to sibling.
Legislator summary
AI generatedThe Administrative Court dismissed the claim for inheritance of state-owned property by a sibling. The deceased had made a sale offer to the sibling two years prior to death due to financial difficulties, but the court found this insufficient evidence of the deceased's final intent. The court ruled that state property requires special reasons for retention and can only be transferred to close relatives if the transfer clearly reflects the deceased's last wishes, which the delayed offer failed to demonstrate.
