The Administrative Court dismissed the homeowners' appeal regarding a wind turbine permit issued on their open sea area property. The plaintiffs argued the structure posed a safety risk, but the court noted the turbine was over a kilometer away and situated on a designated power plant zone. Consequently, the court ruled that the distance rendered the homeowners legally unable to file a valid complaint under the relevant statutes.
