The Administrative Court allowed the company's request to apply different VAT rates to distinct services within its riding camp. The company argued that riding instruction and accommodation are independent services, justifying a split between 12% and 6% VAT. The court agreed, ruling that the services are legally separable and thus eligible for different tax treatments under the relevant VAT Act provisions.
