VEO:n palautettaviksi määräämille ennakkokorvauksille velvoitettiin

suorittamaan 6 %:n tuottokorko niiden suorittamispäivästä

VEO:n päätöksen antamispäivään saakka sekä siitä eteenpäin

16 %:n viivästyskorko palautuspäivään saakka.

VYO katsoi, että ennakkokorvauksen maksajan tuli olla palautuksen
