Korkeakouluopiskelija L ei voinut saada enää valtion
opintotukea, koska hän oli jo saanut opintotukea seitsemän
opintovuotta. L opiskeli myös kesällä, koska hän ei
ollut saanut työtä, ja haki toimeentulotukea opintotuen
ja ansiotulojen puuttumisen vuoksi. Toimeentulotukea ei
ollut myönnettävä, koska opintoja ei voida pääsääntöisesti
rahoittaa toimeentulotuella eikä L ollut esittänyt
erityistä syytä toimeentulotuen saamiseen.
Samoin ULO T:101/1, A:2.2.1993: Toimeentulotukea ei
myönnetty syyskuuksi korkeakouluopiskelijalle, jolla ei
ollut työtuloja eikä oikeutta opintotukeen hänen saatuaan
opintotukea jo seitsemän vuotta.
