A:n ilman asianmukaista lupaa tai vesilain 6 luvun säännösten

mukaista laillista oikeutta B:n tilalla suorittamalla ojituksella

aiheutetun vahingon korvausmäärälle oli maksettava korkolain

mukainen 16 %:n viivästyskorko. Kun B:n vaatimus oli

annettu A:lle tiedoksi ympäristönsuojelulautakunnan katselmuksessa,
