Jakokunnan kokouksen hyväksymä vesivoiman luovutussopimus,

jonka kihlakunnanoikeus oli lainvoiman saaneella päätöksellä

vahvistanut, sitoi jakokunnan osakasta. Hänellä ei jakokunnalle

kuuluneen vesivoiman osalta ollut voimalaitoksen rakentamislupa-asiassa

itsenäistä puhevaltaa.
