Legislator summary

AI generated

The administrative court reversed the population registry office's dismissal of a request to remove a church register entry acknowledging children born out of wedlock. The registry office had rejected the request because the applicant failed to provide evidence that the entry violated the child protection law's registration procedures. The court held that without a final judicial decision confirming the entry's falsity, the registry office lacked authority to delete it and should instead declare the request without merit.
