Legislator summary

AI generated

The Administrative Court dismissed the applicant's appeal against the Social Committee's decision to revoke monthly support. The applicant argued the support should be granted without revocation, but the Committee had not yet made a binding decision on the revocation itself. The court ruled that since the revocation question was not finally decided, the appeal could not be heard and the matter must be separately initiated.
