Legislator summary

The Administrative Court ruled that the taxpayer, spouse, and minor child must pay gift tax on the total value of gifts received. Although the tax declarations stated the funds were used to repay a loan in the taxpayer's name, the court found the taxpayer to be the actual beneficiary of the assets. Consequently, the court ordered the payment of gift tax on the combined amount of the gifts.
