Huoltajat olivat helmikuussa 1987 ilmoittaneet lautakunnalle

tulojensa muuttumisesta olennaisesti 1.11.1986 lukien. Lapsen

päivähoitomaksu voitiin 22.6.1987 tehdyllä päätöksellä

korottaa takautuvasti 1.11.1986 lukien huoltajien maksukyvyn
