Administrative court dismissed late appeal due to improper service notice failure to inform claimant of deadline.
Legislator summary
AI generatedThe County Administrative Court dismissed the appeal because the claimant was not properly notified of the deadline for filing. Although the supervisory board provided a list with a receipt, the claimants never received a copy or were informed of the specific start date. The court ruled that without explicit notice, the claimant could not be expected to know the deadline, yet the procedural defect in service rendered the appeal time-barred.

tiedoksiannosta hallintoasioissa annetun lain mukaisesti.
Valittajilta oli katsottava puuttuneen tarkka tieto valitusajan
alkamisesta. Näissä oloissa lääninoikeus tutki va-
lituksen.
