Perusosaan sisältyvät ravintomenot.

A oli hakenut toimeentulotukea syyskuulle ja esittänyt menoihin

luettavaksi muun muassa 1.9. maksetun ruokakaupan laskun

elokuulta ja kuitin 4.9. maksetuista ateriapalvelumaksuista

heinäkuulta yhteensä 1 062,50 markkaa.

Sosiaalilautakunta hylkäsi hakemuksen ja katsoi ko. menot

syyskuulta laaditussa toimeentulotukilaskelmassa sisältyviksi

tuon kuukauden perusosaan 1 016 markkaan luettaviin menoihin.

Siten hyväksytyt menot eivät ylittäneet nettotuloja.

Lääninoikeus katsoi, että ennen syyskuuta kertyneet ravintomenot

eivät ole syyskuun perusosaan luettavia menoja. Asia

palautettiin sosiaalilautakunnalle uudelleen käsiteltäväksi.
