Vuokrasuhde oli päättynyt syyskuun lopussa. Perhe oli

muuttanut asunnosta lokakuun 1 päivänä. Vuokrasuhteen

päättyminen katsottiin asumistuen myöntämiseen vaikuttavissa

olosuhteissa syyskuussa tapahtuneeksi muutoksi.

Tuki oli siten voitu lakkauttaa jo muuttokuukauden

alusta lähtien. Niin ollen lokakuulta suoritettu asumistuki

voitiin periä takaisin edellytysten siihen muutoin

ollessa olemassa.
