Asevelvollisella oli oikeus saada sotilasavustusta käytössään

olevan asunnon hankintaan saadun asuntolainansa korkokustannuksiin.

Asevelvollisen kanssa avioliitonomaisissa

olosuhteissa elävä henkilö, joka ei ollut asunnon omistaja,

ei ollut velvollinen suorittamaan asevelvollisen asuntolainasta

aiheutuvia korkokustannuksia. Hänen katsottiin kuitenkin

ottaen huomioon hänen tulonsa ja sotilasavustuslain mukaiset

menonsa kykenevän suorittamaan muut asumisesta aiheutuneet

menot. Äänestys 2-1.
