Antena 3 de Televisión, S.A. interpone recurso de amparo, presentado el 20 de septiembre de 2005, contra el Auto 50/2005, de 14 de julio de 2005, de la Audiencia Provincial de Salamanca, dictado en el recurso de apelación 362-2005 dirigido contra el Auto de 30 de diciembre de 2004 del Juzgado de Primera Instancia núm. 6 de Salamanca en la pieza separada de medidas cautelares coetáneas núm. 762-2003, por el que se acordó desestimar los recursos de apelación interpuestos y ratificar la suspensión definitiva de la película “Sin Hogar”, y Zeppelin Televisión, S.A.U. interpone recurso de amparo, presentado el mismo día 20 de septiembre de 2005, frente a las mismas resoluciones.
