The Constitutional Court declared inadmissible the appeal filed by Don José Lacalle Ponce against a Madrid court's dismissal of fraud charges. The petitioner argued that his rights under Articles 14 and 24 of the Constitution were violated by the failure to investigate the alleged crimes. The court rejected this claim because the petitioner failed to demonstrate that he had exhausted all available judicial remedies before seeking constitutional protection.
