Acumulación de procesos constitucionales: procedencia.

El Gobierno Vasco plantea conflicto positivo de competencia frente al Gobierno de la Nación en relación con la Resolución del Servicio Nacional de Productos Agrarios (SENPA), de 4 de febrero de 1987, por la que se instrumenta la tramitación de las

declaraciones obligatorias de ganaderos, productores y compradores de leche de vaca y otros productos lácteos. Se pide la acumulación del presente conflicto con los registrados con los números 436/87 y 437/87.
