Desistimiento: procedencia.

El Ilmo. Ayuntamiento de Zagra (Granada) interpone recurso de amparo contra Sentencia de la Sala Cuarta del Tribunal Supremo que estima recurso contencioso-administrativo interpuesto por el Ayuntamiento de Loja contra el Real Decreto 2.264/1982, de 30 de

julio, que crea el municipio de Zagra, segregándolo del de Loja, anulando el mencionado Real Decreto. Invoca la vulneración de los derechos consagrados en los arts. 14 y 23 de la C. E. Solicita la suspensión de la ejecución de la resolución judicial

recurrida.
