ΒΕΒΑΙΩΣΗ

Εκ παραδρομής, καταχωρήθηκε στο σύστημα δύο φορές η δημοσίευση της απόφασης του Α1' Πολιτικού Τμήματος του Αρείου Πάγου με ΓΑΚ: 1020/2020, που αφορά την από 21/01/2020 αίτηση αναίρεσης του Κ.Σ., κατά της ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ ΤΑΧΥΔΡΟΜΕΙΑ ΑΝΩΝΥΜΗΣ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ (ΕΛΤΑ), για αναίρεση της 5274/2018 απόφασης του ΕΦΕΤΕΙΟΥ ΑΘΗΝΩΝ. Από τους δύο αριθμούς απόφασης για την ως άνω υπόθεση, εκείνος που ισχύει, είναι ο 1146/2023, ενώ ο αριθμός απόφασης 1145/2023 δεν ισχύει.
