Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe Federal Administrative Court granted leave to appeal, ordering the revocation of the Higher Administrative Court’s decision that had denied admission of the appeal, thereby allowing the plaintiff’s revision to proceed. The dispute concerns a disciplinary administrative order challenged by a public servant who argued that officials acting within the administrative disciplinary proceedings were biased. The court admitted the appeal under the provisions for matters of fundamental legal significance, holding that it remains to be clarified which weight bias in the administrative disciplinary procedure assigns to the legality of the resulting disciplinary order.
