[GRUENDE]

Die Beschwerde hat Erfolg. Der Rechtssache kommt die geltend gemachte grundsätzliche Bedeutung (§ 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO) zu. Das Revisionsverfahren wird dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht voraussichtlich Gelegenheit zur Klärung der Frage geben, welche rechtliche Wirkung der Widerruf der gemäß Nr. 3.7 der Anlage VIII b zur Straßenverkehrs-Zulassungs-Ordnung erforderlichen Zustimmung zur Betrauung mit den Aufgaben eines Prüfingenieurs seitens der Anerkennungsbehörde in Bezug auf die anschließende Entscheidung der Überwachungsorganisation hat, die Betrauung zu widerrufen.
