The Federal Constitutional Court declined to accept the constitutional complaint, dismissing it as inadmissible and rendering the application for interim relief moot. The dispute arose from a lower court order compelling a registered foundation engaged in climate advocacy to disclose information regarding companies involved in the construction of a cross-border pipeline infrastructure. The court held that the complaint failed to meet the specific pleading requirements of § 23 Abs. 1 Satz 2 and § 92 BVerfGG, as it lacked a sufficient substantive engagement with the lower courts' reasoning regarding the threshold requirements for fundamental rights complaints by associations under Art. 19 Abs. 3 GG, including an analysis of the essential applicability of the right to informational self-determination to the specific data and the remaining scope of the complainant's activities.

Nichtannahmebeschluss mit Tenorbegründung: Unzulässige Verfassungsbeschwerde der Klimastiftung Mecklenburg-Vorpommern gegen Pflicht zur Auskunftserteilung über am Bau der Pipeline Nord Stream 2 beteiligte Firmen

[TENOR]

November 2015 - 1 BvR 1530/15 u.a.-, Rn. 3 ff., 6).
