The Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfG) denied the applicant’s petition for legal aid and refused to accept the constitutional complaint for decision, leaving the lower court decisions in force. The dispute involved an applicant challenging decisions by a local court (Amtsgericht) and a district court (Landgericht) through a constitutional complaint, seeking to overturn these rulings based on alleged violations of fundamental rights. The court determined that the applicant failed to meet the procedural requirements for admissibility, specifically failing to demonstrate that self-representation was necessary or that the intended legal action had a sufficient prospect of success under the standards of the Code of Civil Procedure. Consequently, the court invoked its power to dismiss the matter without further detailed reasoning, citing the absence of apparent fundamental rights violations and the lack of a plausible argument for success, rendering the decision final and unappealable.

Nichtannahme einer Verfassungsbeschwerde ohne weitere Begründung (§ 93d Abs 1 S 3 BVerfGG) - Ablehnung eines PKH-Antrags mangels hinreichender Darlegung der Erfolgsaussichten der Rechtsverfolgung

[TENOR]
