Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Federal Constitutional Court dismissed the applicant's application for interim relief. The dispute concerned an attempted suspension of specific provisions of the Eighteenth Amendment to the Atomic Energy Act (18. AtGÄndG) pending the outcome of related proceedings. The court ruled that the application was inadmissible because the applicant failed to provide a sufficiently substantiated demonstration that the main constitutional complaint would not be obviously unfounded, specifically failing to prove a violation of their own individual rights as required by § 90 Abs. 1 of the Federal Constitutional Court Act (BVerfGG). Consequently, no interim measures were granted, and the challenged statutory provisions remain in force.

Erfolgloser Eilantrag auf Aussetzung der §§ 7e Abs 2 Nr 2, 7g AtG bis zur Entscheidung über anhängige Verfahren - mangelnde Darlegung einer Verletzung in eigenen Rechten (§ 90 Abs 1 BVerfGG)

[TENOR]
