Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Federal Constitutional Court dismissed the electoral review complaint and denied the applicant's request for legal aid, ruling that the proceedings lacked sufficient prospects of success. The dispute involved a challenge to the validity of a European Parliament election, where the applicant sought to review the election results or procedure. In its operative order, the Court rejected the legal aid application under Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure and disposed of the constitutional complaint pursuant to Section 26(3) sentence 3 of the European Parliament Election Act in conjunction with Section 24 sentence 2 of the Federal Constitutional Court Act, relying on the reasons provided in the rapporteur’s letter and dispensing with a further written justification due to the non-acceptance of the case.
