Constitutional admissibility barred by loss of legal interest after identical academic freedom norms confirmed compatible with Basic Law
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe Federal Constitutional Court declined to hear the constitutional complaint, resulting in the complainant's failure to obtain review. The dispute concerned the organizational regulations of the dual university system in Baden-Württemberg, specifically challenging the compatibility of certain norms with academic freedom. The Court held that the complaint lacked admissibility due to the absence of a continued need for legal protection, as a parallel constitutional complaint regarding substantively identical norms had recently confirmed their compatibility with Article 5, Paragraph 3, Sentence 1 of the Basic Law.

[TENOR]
Die Verfassungsbeschwerde wird nicht zur Entscheidung angenommen.
[GRUENDE]
Februar 2020 - 1 BvR 1586/14 -).
Diese Entscheidung ist unanfechtbar.
