Inadmissibility of multiple constitutional complaints for lack of substantive justification under § 92 BVerfGG
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe Federal Constitutional Court declined to accept the joint constitutional complaints for decision and rejected the applicants' requests for legal aid and court-appointed counsel. The dispute involved a series of constitutional complaints lodged against unknown prior decisions or authorities, which the Court found procedurally deficient. The decisive legal basis for the non-acceptance was the failure of the complaints to meet the substantive justification requirements mandated by § 23(1) sentence 2 and § 92 of the Federal Constitutional Court Act (BVerfGG), rendering them inadmissible rather than merely unfounded; the Court further noted that the lack of success prospects for the pending litigation justified the denial of legal aid under § 93a(2) BVerfGG.

Nichtannahmebeschluss: Parallelentscheidung
[TENOR]
