Interim suspension of Dublin Regulation transfer to Greece pending constitutional review of asylum application

The Federal Constitutional Court ordered the repetition of a prior interim measure for an additional six months, until a final decision on the constitutional complaint, thereby suspending the transfer of the applicant to Greece and ruling in favor of the complainant. The dispute concerned the preliminary prohibition of removing an Iraqi asylum applicant to Greece under the Dublin Regulation, challenging the automatic application of the EU framework for fast-track transfer responsibilities.
