The Federal Court of Justice dismissed the plaintiff’s objection to the court fee account, upholding the validity of the previous decision and the subsequent billing. The case involved a dispute under the Employee Inventions Act where the plaintiff had previously sought to challenge a lower court order dismissing his appeal via an "Objection Bill" (Erinnerung) against the fee assessment. The plaintiff argued that the underlying dismissal order and the fee account were formally invalid. The court ruled that the objection was unfounded, confirming that the original dismissal of the appeal and the resulting fee under No. 1826 of Schedule 1 to the Court Fees Act (GKG) were procedurally correct and valid, with the fee becoming due upon the rejection of the appeal. The decision was rendered by a single judge pursuant to § 66 GKG, and no costs were awarded for the objection proceedings.
