Die Voraussetzungen für eine Übertragung der Sache an das Landgericht Wuppertal liegen vor. Das an sich zuständige Landgericht Chemnitz ist aus tatsächlichen Gründen verhindert, die Hauptverhandlung durchzuführen. Der in Solingen lebende Angeklagte ist nicht reisefähig; auf der Grundlage des vorliegenden Gutachtens ist es ausgeschlossen, den Angeklagten nach Chemnitz reisen zu lassen. Ohne Ermessensfehler hat das Landgericht Chemnitz schließlich ausdrücklich auch davon abgesehen, die Hauptverhandlung selbst außerhalb des eigenen Bezirks in Chemnitz durchzuführen (vgl.
