Der Gegenstandswert für die anwaltliche Tätigkeit der Vertreterin des Adhäsionsklägers G. im Adhäsionsverfahren in der Revisionsinstanz wird auf 100.000 Euro festgesetzt.

Das Landgericht hat im Adhäsionsverfahren den Angeklagten P. verurteilt, an den Adhäsionskläger G. 100.000 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 1. Januar 2022 zu zahlen.

Die Vertreterin des Adhäsionsklägers G. hat mit Schriftsatz vom 1. März 2024 beantragt, den Gegenstandswert des Adhäsionsverfahrens in der Revisionsinstanz festzusetzen (§ 33 Abs. 1 RVG).
